EC 23503 means there may be a problem with the drive motor. in 16 years I've only replaced one. More than likely the motor connector may need to be reseated or cleaned. This motor is difficult to get to and is a PITA to replace so I would recommend calling a certified technician to do this work.
Despite checking for 20 minutes, there is no mention of this code. The manual simply says this
If an error occurs that you cannot solve, please remember the error code displayed on the user panel and contact the helpdesk for assistance.
